The organisational structure of the Meeting Place Fukuoka (MPF) was enhanced in order to promote the efforts to host more conferences and events in the city, and the MPF will provide total support, from finding a venue, accepting inspections, to offering information after conventions. We promise organiser satisfaction with our one-stop services provided by a team of professionals on travel, transportation, and planning and management of conventions. Our acceptance system excellent in service quality results in the large number of international conventions held in Fukuoka and abundant records of “hospitality” services. The number of international conferences held in Fukuoka has been the country’s second largest for 6 years in a row.
