What’s up in Fukuoka
Courtesy visit from Shenyang.

A tour included media and Dept of Foreign Affairs in Shenyang City,China has just arrived Fukuoka City.Invited by Nagasaki International Sightseeing and Convention Bureau.
They have inspected around Nagasaki and Fukuoka for 5days.
On day 4, made a courtesy visit Mr.Nakashima, a chief executive of Economic Promotion Bureau at Fukuoka City Hall.
Firstly Mr.Nakashima gave a speech expressed the applications of China’s supports for the Great disaster in E-Japan.
Mr.Nakashima said;
“Remarkably decreased tourists. Especially from China and Korea after the Disasters. But so glad to hold the three summits meeting in Japan other day. Shenyang is the central city of Liaoning and remarkable of developing, has a direct flight to Fukuoka twice a week. Expecting more deepen relationship between Fukuoka City and Shenyang City.”
Mr.Han Mingyao,Deputy Chief of Foreign Affairs Office,People’s Government of Shenyang City mentioned that;
“Shenyang focuses on promoting especially Youth exchange these days. Conducted 8 schools trip to Kyushu so far, totally 230 people we have sent. We would like to keep promoting more Youth exchange and promote sightseeing to use the key of charms both Nagasaki’s nature and a convenience of Fukuoka”
Especially he mentioned school trip which has been very successful.
And he also demanded to set up more friendly shopping supports and tools-system for Chinese tourists which is necessary.
While some of their group was making courtesy visit for Fukuoka City,Others were gone for shopping at JR Hakata City.
5 Welcome supporters (Chinese translater) on board together at City Hall and assist their shopping at Hakata JR Station. They seemed enjoyed their conversation with supporters on their way even it took a bit longer to get to the place, crowded due to the rainy weather plus Friday evening.
They have already got their own “shop list to go”, seemed like obviously no longer to wait. Fashion items and electricities were listed up on their wish list.
Soon after arriving at JR Hakata City, They have spread out places, enjoyed till the last minutes to leave.
They have seemed satisfied a lot.
